One of the booths I visited at the Green Living Show in April was the Jaydancin booth. I’ve seen them before at the Environmental Defence Eco Beauty Market & that’s where I previously bought Deep Relief the first time.
If you read the description on the little sticker it says: “For aches, pains, stiff muscles, arthritis, headaches, sunburn, cold symptoms, cold sores.” I’ve used it for headaches, cold symptoms & sore muscles. Let me tell you, this stuff really works for headaches! It comes in different sizes which is handy. The small 10ml size (picture above) is one I keep at work & in my purse. Whenever I get a headache I put a bit of this on my fingers, rub it into the place where I have the headache & after a few minutes it goes away! As for colds, when my nose was horribly stuffed up I would put it on the sides of my nose & it would clear up the congestion for a while. It works the same for sore muscles. Just rub some of this stuff on the sore spot & it would help ease the soreness. I’m really glad I tried this product. I don’t always want to pop an advil everytime I have a headache or sore muscles. Especially if the pain threshold isn’t that high. Anyway, Deep Relief will be a great addition to the all natural first aid kit that I’m creating.
I have to warn you, because of the menthol, cayenne, etc you don’t want to get this in your eyes, mouth or nose. It will burn. I accidentally got some in my eyes when I forgot to wash my hands after putting the stuff on my head & it made my eyes water. But the sensation went away after a while.
