Thanks to the lovely Katie Vibes I was able to get my hands on some eco-beauty brands from the UK through the #greenbeautyswap organized by NatuRia. This is the first product I’m reviewing from the Christmas swap. To see what else I received from Katie click here. And now, on to the review!

This soap is a beautiful solid green colour from the French green clay. I love how simple the ingredient list reads. Both Olive oil and coconut oil have long been used as moisturizers from head to toe. I’ve never used anything with rapeseed oil in it. But according to my research rapeseed oil has antioxidant properties and is a rich source of omega-3 and omeag-6 fatty acids. Green clay is great for detoxifying and smoothing the skin. As for scent, it doesn’t have any scent that I could discern. So it would be suitable for those allergic or sensitive to scents. When combined with water it makes a surprisingly thick lather that washes off clean and without residue. My skin feels silky smooth after using this soap. It’s a pretty solid bar of soap so I think this will last me quite a while. It will get a bit slimy if left in the shower without draining properly. Repurchase? I might consider that, if duties and shipping to Canada aren’t exorbitant.
